New Trends in KM technology

Tuesday 10th May 2016, 12.30-2.30pm,

Pinsent Masons, Birmingham (map here)

Duncan Ogilvy, 3kites

No two firms are the same and the technology infrastructure to support each firm's KM will vary.  Advances in technology provide fresh opportunities, and this session will discuss common features of know-how systems as well as exploring current trends and speculating what the next generation of know-how systems and other technology support for KM may offer.

This session will be presented by Duncan Ogilvy from 3kites.

Duncan joined Kites in 2012 from National firm Mills & Reeve, where his management career included the role of managing partner, and more recently knowledge management partner with responsibility for the firm's PSLs. Duncan completed an MBA at Nottingham Law School with whom he has retained links, teaching and supervising on the MBA course. Having worked as a fee earner and a manager over many years, Duncan can relate to those roles as he brings objective analysis to bear on the issues firms face as they tackle the need for change.
